Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.

When we receive your request we will contact you in order to confirm the return procedure. At that point you can return the product with the carrier that we will indicate.If you want your product replaced for a different size or color, or you want a different product, we advise you place a new order online, in order for us to reserve the new item. When placing the new order, make sure to note at the field comments, that you have already filled the form “RETURN REQUEST”.
We advise you to select a payment method that does not require additional charges ex.
