Coupons and special Offers

- You can use only one coupon per order.
- It is not possible to combine offers and coupons unless this is explicitly stated in the offer.

Product photos and images

The photos and in general the display of the products are indicative and most of the time provided by the manufacturer.
There is a possibility of small deviations in case the product provided by the manufacturer with the given code has been modified or improved after it was photographed.

Authenticity & Origin of Products

The Company trades products exclusively from the official manufacturers and/or their authorized representatives, ensuring their authenticity and quality.

Same day Shippment

- Applies to Orders placed by 3pm on a business day.
- Shipments outside of Greece or with the selection of a specific courier may not be able to be received by the courier on the same day.
- Excludes products for which delayed shipping is explicitly stated on the product page.

FACTORY WARRANTY

The store operates as a reseller of branded products from third-party manufacturers and does not participate in the manufacturing, modification or repair process of the products.
It is not responsible for damage resulting from normal use, misuse, improper storage or failure to follow the product care instructions
In the event that a defect is detected upon receipt of the product or within a reasonable time period thereof, the customer must contact the store immediately, providing relevant proof (photos, order number, etc.), so that his request can be examined.
After a significant period of time has passed since the purchase or in cases of obvious signs of use, the store reserves the right not to be able to handle the request as a defective product.
Any factory warranty provided by the manufacturer concerns the manufacturer exclusively and the consumer can contact the manufacturer directly, in accordance with the warranty policy that he defines.
