Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition (shoes must not have been worn outdoors) and in their original packaging and shoe box.
You can also return items bought online at any Izyshoes retail shop.
The first replacement for items shipped in Greece is free if their value is over 39€. Otherwise the cost of replacements in Greece is 4€/item. For COD payment an extra fee of 2.50€ will be added.
The shipping/replacement cost for shippments abroad is incured by the buyer, except from cases of faulty or incorrect items.Exclusively for Cyprus you can benefit from special services and quotes from our forwarder for the return cost.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or not in its original packaging, we hold the right not to accept the return.
Faulty or incorrect items can be returned within 5 days of receipt, in their original packaging, free of charge, ONLY by using the indicated courier.
In order to make a return, please fill in the ‘RETURN REQUEST’ form within the indicated time limit in order for us to make the necessary arrangements. When we receive your request we will contact you in order to confirm the return procedure. Then you can return the product(s) with the courier company we will indicate.
If you want your item replaced with a different size or color, or you want a different product, we advise you to place a new order online, in order for us to reserve the new item. When placing the new order, at stage 6, make sure to note at the field comments, that you have already filled the form “RETURN REQUEST”. (We advise you to select a payment method that does not require additional charges ex. "Store Credit", in order for us to be able to counterbalance the amount for the returning order.)
Following receipt and inspection of your returning item, your account will be credited with the value of the returning item and the new item will be sent to you in the earliest possible time.
If requested, the credited amount could be refunded to the customers bank account after deduction of any transportation or bank-payment clearance expenses.
