Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition (shoes must not have been worn outdoors) and in their original packaging and shoe box

You can also return items bought online at any of our retail shop.

For Shipments in Greece

The first replacement for items shipped in Greece is free of charge if the order value is over 39,00€. Otherwise the cost of replacements in Greece is 4€/item.
For COD payment an extra fee of 2.50€ will be added to cover the cost of the payment method.

For all other countries

The shipping/replacement cost for shipments abroad is incurred by the buyer, except from cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Exclusively for Cyprus

For shipments to Cyprus, we can also take care of the return. In this case, a fee of 14,90€ will be charged and subtracted from the value of the returned goods before crediting your account in order to place a new order..

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or not in its original packaging, we hold the right not to accept the return.

Faulty or incorrect items can be returned within 5 days of receipt, in their original packaging, free of charge, ONLY by using the indicated courier.

Replacements with different products from the original order can only be accepted at the current price of the returned product at the time of the replacement order entry.

The possibility of returning with a courier company that we will indicate to you with the aforementioned cost is limited to 5 working days for obvious reasons.

The Procedure

Please follow the link that you will find at the bottom of all of our pages and fill in the RETURN REQUEST form within the indicated time limit, in order for us to make the necessary arrangements.
When we receive your request we will contact you in order to confirm the return procedure.
Then you can return the product(s) with the carrier that we will indicate.

If you want your item replaced with a different size or color, or you want a different product, we advise you to place a new order online, in order to reserve the new item.
When placing the new order, make sure to note at the comments field , that you have already filled the form “RETURN REQUEST”.
We advise you to select a payment method that does not require additional charges ex. "Store Credit", and we will counterbalance the amount for the returning order.

Following receipt and inspection of your returning item, your account will be credited with the value of the returning item and the new item will be sent to you in the earliest possible time.

Important: In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or not in its original packaging, we will not accept it.
Shoes must not have been worn outdoors or have any marks showing that are used.
In case that the outside packaging bag is lost or damaged you should absolutely use another bag in order to protect the original product packing box.

You should insure that the transportation service that you will use, will be able to deliver the parcel directly into our warehouse during working days and hours.
(You should not use standard post).
We will not accept any return that will be shipped with a method that we did not agreed and confirm in advance.

Refunds

Refunds can only take place by cancelling or refunding payments that are made via Credit/Debit card and Paypal or by bank transfer and after deducting any shipment, bank or custom fees that are charged directly or indirectly for the order.
Refunds for payments with monthly installments are not possible at all.
Therefore if you have pay with any other method exempt PayPal or Credit/Debit card, you should inform us for your bank account number in international format (IBAN) along your bank name. If this bank account is kept in Greece, either at Eurobank or Alphabank, the refund is made free of bank charges. For all other banks, both sender and receiver banks may add charges for the transaction. Bank transfer to banks abroad are not possible unless the payment is made from the same bank account and can be canceled without charges.

The return fees for all over Greece are 5,00€ and 14,90€ for Cyprus.
If you have benefit from a free shipment with the order, an extra charge of 3,90€ for Greece and 7,50€ for Cyprus will be charged on the return fees for the cost of the primary shippment.
Finally in case that any free of charge replacement have been take place, an extra fee of 8,90€ will be charged per replacement for the transportation cost.
All fees and charges are deducted of the net value of the returned goods.

If you choose to keep the refunded amount as Store Credit in stead, you will not be charged with any fees and your next purchase will be handled as a replacement.
Store Credit is given with a personal coupon code that you can use with no time limitation.

Based on legislation (Law 2251/1994 "Consumer Protection"), any purchase accompanied by an invoice is excluded from the right of Refund/Cancellation from the distance contract.

Cancellation

You can request a cancellation within 14 days of the reception date of an order.
Obviously you shall return the goods in their unopened and undamaged original packing directly to our warehouse and all return expenses incurred by the buyer
In the event of Cancellation you will be refunded within 14 working days with the net order amount after deduction of any Shipping,Banking, clearance and custom fees that are charged directly or indirectly for the order as described above.
Please note that the cheaper available delivery method offered from our shop is the reception from our store and is free of charge.

Based on legislation (Law 2251/1994 "Consumer Protection"), any purchase accompanied by an invoice is excluded from the right of withdrawal/cancellation from the distance contract.
