The cost and delivery time will appear while placing the order and then can be confirmed.
We are always trying to minimize the shipping costs!
In case that the value of your order is lower than 39,90€ there may be an additional charges of 3,90€ for Greece. The minimum charge is 6,00€ for Cyprus and 17,00€ for all other shipments abroad.
At any time during browsing at www.izyshoes.gr, you can refer to the section: ESTIMATE SHIPPING & TAX (this option is found in the ‘CART’)
We try hard for you to receive your order as soon as possible. Orders are shipped within 1-5 working days in Greece, and an additional 7-15 days for international shipping.
If you are based in Athens you can collect your order from one of our retail stores.
At the time your order is ready for shipping you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order and the name of the courier company in charge for delivery. You are now able to visit the courier’s webpage and track your parcel.
You can also return items bought online at any Izyshoes retail shop
Faulty or incorrect items can be returned within 5 days of receipt, in their original packaging, free of charge, ONLY by using the indicated courier.
In order to make a return, please fill in the ‘REQUEST FOR RETURN’ form within the indicated time limit in order for us to make the necessary arrangements. When we receive your request we will contact you in order to confirm the return procedure. Then you can return the product(s) with the courier company we will indicate.
If you want your item replaced with a different size or color, or you want a different product, we advise you to place a new order online, in order for us to reserve the new item. When placing the new order, at stage 6, make sure to note at the field comments, that you have already filled the form “REQUEST FOR RETURN”. (We advise you to select a payment method that does not require additional charges ex. Store Credit, in order for us to be able to counterbalance the amount for the returning order.)
Following receipt and inspection of your returning item, your account will be credited with the value of the returning item and the new item will be sent to you in the earliest possible time.

By selecting PayPal as your method of payment, you will be using one of the safest and most secure means of payment. As soon as you have completed the required fields and furnished all your credit card details to PayPal, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal website. You may either login by using your existing PayPal account, or just fill in your credit card details and complete the transaction. When using PayPal for your payments, you do not have to provide your credit card details to all e-commerce sites you buy from. This makes your shopping experience more secure and easy.
- Bank Transfer
Payments can also be made by bank transfer directly to our bank account. In this case, your order will be on hold until the payment confirmation has been received by our accounting department. For immediate service we advise you to send the bank transfer receipt by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax at 211 800 9802
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
You can pay the courier by cash upon receiving your order. This is a secure and easy method of paying for your orders. The delivery personnel from the courier company will deliver your parcel at your designated address and issue you a receipt after paying in cash. There is a small extra charge for this option in some cases. Additionally, a minimum order amount is necessary to proceed with this method of payment. Cash on delivery is only available as an option for orders within Greece.
- Credit Card
For your own safety, on the first use of your credit card in our online shop you are required to send us a copy of your ID and a copy of your credit card with the 4 last digits of the credit card number covered, at email@example.com or by fax at 211 800 9802.
* Payment with installements is supported with most VISA, MasterCard και American Express issued from the following Greek banks: Bank of Cyprus, Emporiki Bnak, Proton, HSBC, Probank, Alpha Bank, Millenium, ΤΤ, General Bank, Agortiki, Panelinia, T-Bank, Bank of Attica, Citibank Helenic Bank, FB Bank, Marfin, First Business Bank, Eurobank και Pereus Bank.
- Payment using credit from your account
You can cash in any amount is in credit in your account by using the credit voucher that you have been given. When you have completed your selection of products, select view cart & checkout. Now you can complete the voucher number at the section discount codes and then select “Apply coupon”. The amount corresponding to your voucher will be immediately deducted from the total amount of your order.
All prices will remain the same and are not charged with payment fees.
All prices include VAT for Greece. In case your order is shipped outside Greece some local taxes, depending the country may be imposed by customs authorities before receiving.
In case of promotions, special prices and use of discount coupons, will appear on the total amount of your order and will be calculated after their application.
